Royal Goan Beach Club – Karma Royal Palms

Not worth It!!!

We had bought the membership few years back and we were quite impressed with the facilities. We were shocked to know that when we recently stayed at Royal Palms they surprised us by taking away the kitchen equipments “pressure Cooker” and also some smaller basic items. Timeshare is all about getting accommodation like home away from home with all amenities, but here it’s not. We had to shout and argue to get it, and we got it. But why beg for it? They don’t maintain the room properly, room was full of dust and old dated furniture, the pans were greasy and scratched, the cups were chipped. The staff is rude and respond with attitude. We will take this to the higher ups and get our membership cancelled!
