Not the best

Well, where do I start arrived home yesterday from a 3 night 4 day stay, upon arrival we were told our room wouldn’t be ready until 2pm … so decided to have a wander around to see what was going on. We were told the only bar serving drinks to all inclusive customers was at the other end of the hotel by the bowling green.

Please be aware only non-alcoholic drinks until 12 noon and no snacks at all, not even ice cream no nothing (but guess what you can pay for it)

This bar was a way from the pool areas and the entertain on an evening the other bars we could use but had to pay for.

Meals were ok actually breakfast was the best.

When finally got our key for our room we was told Upon booking we had a pool and sea view… something we didn’t have our view was of the restaurant.

After complaining we was given a room on the next floor to then be locked out by the silly key card system, not once but three times. Crazy!!

The room was ok nothing flash but the beds were very comfortable.

No clean towels daily or any cleaning is done during our stay.

The walk to our room was up some stairs which became very slippy when raining.

Also asked about the advertised courtesy bus …. Not running out of season apparently.

I’d not visit this hotel again out of season it needs a full update and as for only one bar serving drinks to all inclusive guests which was miles away from everything was a complete joke.
