Holiday Inn Club Vacations Holiday Hills Resort

My wife and I have been staying at this resort for 15+ years. The overall Grounds are still positive about this resort and it is great exercise walking around the complex. In the early days, we were lucky enough to stay in a Presidental Suite (through RCI) about once every 3-4 years and the Presidental Suites were beautiful.

It is Obvious NO Maintenance is being done because we always have issues.

Last time the Refrigerator stopped working and this time we were on the ground floor and the kitchen sink was backing up with soap and water from another unit(s) shower or bathtub. This was leaking under our kitchen sink the same day we checked in.

Maintenance came in and fixed the leak under the sink but the kitchen sink continued to back-up with soap and water. My wife and I really liked Holiday Hills but it is Obvious to us and others staying there that it has taken a Nose Dive and NO effort or $’s are being spent to keep up with the required maintenance.

This is going to take a HUGE Effort to turn this (very tired) resort around and we’re NOT hopeful that will happen before it’s too late to get visitors willing to come back. You can overlook certain things but we also found the kitchen and bathrooms very dirty and the basic items that were supposed to be in the unit were missing.

I’m Very Disappointed to write this because this us the Final time we will stay at this Resort. We plan to continue to visit Branson but are obviously going to find a different place to stay. PLEASE spend the much needed $’s and UPDATE this Very Tired Resort!!!
