Timeshare scam

You get hounded on the street by guys telling you they are just promoting the resort in the hope people go there the following year. Asked if it was a timeshare and they insisted it was not. Told we won a smartwatch and a t-shirt which we did the the smartwatch was prob worth less than the t-shirt. Watches are £7 on eBay. They are a 50-year membership for about £14000 upwards plus £550 a year maintenance fee and all you get is one week a year and you have to pay for flights. Lots of bad experience been put online about this place. Do your research first
