Let Mercantile Claims assist you with Marriott Timeshare Release, Claims & Compensation
Owners of Marriott Resorts timeshares often find themselves trapped in infinite contracts with rapidly increasing maintenance fees which ultimately stems from a mis-sold timeshare contract. Over recent years there have been a number of ground-breaking rulings regarding mis-sold timeshares by many timeshare groups and resorts which have resulted in refunds and compensation.
Many owners of Hurghada Marriott Beach Resort timeshare contracts are entitled to, or have already made claims. Reasons for people wanting out of these timeshare agreements include hard- selling techniques, ewxpensive annual timeshare resort fees and the potential for being stuck into contracts committing owners to paying fees “in perpetuity”
Not recommending it
I was Disappointed regarding the absence of animation team accompanied with no fun activities for both kids or adults during whole day (except calling for beach volleyball only).at night we tried to join the show & discovered its related to the cafe with extra fees.i’ve never spent a boring vacation in Hurghada as this one.
Most sea view from the beach is blocked by the island which prevent feeling relaxed as if you are sitting on a lake. Food was normal you will not be satisfied by the quality but you will fulfil your hunger, although deserts are more delicious.

The restaurant manager and some staff as well just terrible and annoying.
The treat the Egyptian very bad.
In spite of I was on half board basis, when I went to have dinner they recharged me for a drink as dinner is only free food but not drinks .
The bed sheets was dirty and the furniture old and looks sad.
I won’t come back or recommended to anyone.
Not pleasent at all
Views from the room which is 626 are not good at all
No privacy or clear view for sea
We pick a non-smoking room but when we entered room heavy smoke smell from it !!!
Honestly, all the staff are very good and friendly especially Sara she is the best
Housekeeping is good too
Food is average
Some of the staff have a discrimination between Egyptian and non-Egyptian guests
No animation team
Poor night program
Finally poor hotel not suitable for couples or a romantic vacation
Never stay again
At the beginning, I would like to thank some of the staff who have been dedicated to work, satisfaction and to solve my problems, to make my times good
Mister Emad at the marrnet coffee shop
Mrs Sara at guest relation desk
Mrs Angelika at guest relation desk.
Marriott International must visit the hotel to see this low standard, rated this hotel as Level 2 but this does not give them the right to drop to this level and how the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism keep a 5 star rating for this level
I feel sorry to stay and spend my times and money in it.
But promise to not try it again.
The filthy Marriott hurgarda
Just a quick review of the Marriott Hurghada what a filthy dirty hotel can’t believe I paid £ 80 GBP a night for room only ok to start when I got to my room it was big and looked nice but was no Wi-Fi so had to call reception so when I went to look at what button to press on the phone could not see as there was such a thick layer of old dust and muck on the plastic cover i had to go and get a wet cloth to wipe it down so ok after that started to run the sink water to wash my face it was brown water disgusting I know you can’t drink it but I would have liked to get washed just a dirty overpriced hotel and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone .
Below average hotel with good view
-We got infection from the food in the restaurant , causing diarrhoea and abdominal pain for me and my husband, we didn’t eat anything from outside the hotel ,we called the reception at 3 a.m asking for a pharmacy , he didn’t investigate or offer any medical help but called an external pharmacy for us
-breakfast is the same everyday
-in one day they didn’t came to clean the room, i called the reception and they promised they will come , 2 hours and no one came, i called again and finally they came too late
-The SPA staff (Ibrahim) on the beach , and the cafe staff on the beach select foreigners only to greet them and bypass Egyptians as if they are invisible, and this showed deep disrespect for their Egyptian guests.
-Parking is not near and open to the sun , u have to go upwards a very sloping street to go to the parking , it is very difficult if u carry a bag or dragging a stroller
-No WIFI in the rooms which is very weird in 2017 in a so-called 5 star hotel
*advantages:
-great sea view from the room
-everything is near from the room the beach, the pool, the restaurant
-friendly staff in the reception and the restaurant
-on check out we told the guest relation staff ( Sofie) about the event if infection she apologized and called the director who talked with us and showed apologize to us and this was a good response from them to this bad event
I don’t recommend it!
First of all I want to say that I don’t understand all the excellent reviews on this hotel. I was misled by them.
Now, about the major problems with this hotel… the room was dirty, I could find hair everywhere, stains and old furniture. The bed was awful with a very bad mattress. The bathroom was dirty.
The Internet is very very slow that it actually not working.
The stuff is so pushy and intruding.
There is nothing you can do outside the hotel within walking distance.
The massage is overpriced for what they do.
I think the only things were ok are the pool and the beach.
I will never go back to this hotel and I do not recommend it.
Basic and nothing special
This hotel is not kept up to date and needs renovation, the staff are rude and ask too many questions that have nothing to do with them.
The hotel is not for anyone under 60 years old, which is very disappointing for its location.
There are a lot of other modern hotels a few KM’s outside Hurghada that is better and more welcoming
Average in the good days, not recommended now.
In the prime days of Egypt tourism, I am sure the Hurghada Marriott was a decent hotel, and it still bears some of that former glory. The marble hallways, the quaint surrounded sitting area or the grand front entrance.
But that’s about where any semblance of glory and grandeur ends. The room we booked (Deluxe Room, With Seaview) was cramped with furniture that belonged in the 70’s/80’s (and probably were) all in a state of disrepair and noticeable lack of upkeep.
All of that could have been excused if not for the following points. It was dirty. The bathroom smelled something awful and the plumbing leaked all over the place. On top of that the white bed sheets had yellow stains(!) on them. Here I draw the line, no hotel with 5 stars and a prestigious name like the Marriott should ever be dirty.
There are enough good hotels remaining in Hurghada that I will never ever be returning to this one, and actually will have to think twice about visiting a Marriott anywhere in the world if this is how they allowed their named hotel to deteriorate.
Very boring
Very boring with no life if you are a group of friends never go to this go to Sahl hashish instead
It is good only for children and the beach is so small and nothing to do by night
Also Hurghada became so boring and awful
My recommendation is never go to this hotel
not fit for being a five star hotel
This place was a huge disappointment, and a disgrace to the marriott name, the rooms are too mediocre, the food is barely 3 star quality, with very limited variety, apart from all that after we made a reservation on the phone with a certain rate and rooms, when we arrived the told us that there was a mistake with the calculation, they fixed the rate problem, but gave us different rooms we booked interconnected room and they gave us 2 room that was more than 5 rooms apart, on the plus side the service seems to be really good and the staff are friendly, but unfortunately it wasnt enough to keep us from wanting to leave after staying there for less than 2 hours, but we couldnt find any available rooms in most of hurgada hotels, so we decided to give it another chance, but the sohor was the thing that but me in a state of shock, the beans where mainly water and peel, they used the cheap fake tastless cheese, I wouldnt eat this food if it was free, and they’re serving it in a 5 star hote !!!! I’m currently stuck there, but this will probably be my first and last stay here, I would totally advise against it if you want a 5 star hotel
