Beds round pool broken and dirty rooms dirty and broken floors, lights, tiles broken and bars on the windows
I have never seen that in a hotel
Second pool all murky, seen them clean the pool once in 10 days by pouring something in to the pool filters not working as nothing but hair in pool
Broken tiles around pool, if you’re disabled don’t go, stairs everywhere
Crazy golf all broken and ripped games room that you had to pay to use, most was broken
Food very good but by god you paid for it as this place in middle of nowhere
The free bus was broken so taxi’s everywhere
The staff were nice but not friendly yet went into room upstairs to look at and it was lovely

Biggest disappointment and let down!
This place is not as the pictures show. The pictures are not a true reflection, those pictures are the airbrushed version!
We stayed there mid August and had been waiting since May for this holiday and we were so disappointed! The male staff are so rude and unhelpful. We were left to find our apartment ourselves in the dark when we arrived. My daughter slept on a swimming pool blow up on cushions from the couch as they could not provide us with an extra mattress!
The location is away from everything, 20 minute walk to local supermarket, down and up hills. Main strip of restaurants a good 30/35 minutes away down and up and down and up hills. Amenities very outdated. Children’s playground in bits, all equipment broken, games room like a sauna, games outdated, no other entertainment, a Spanish movie!!!! No adult entertainment, bar closes at 11:15!!!
Restaurants are at the bar or sit at tables set up in lobby area!!! If you are a family of 5 be prepared to pay for taxi’s as it is extremely hard to get them and when you do you have to pay extra and if no big taxi’s you have to get 2. Television in apartment all channels are in Spanish except BBC. It says there’s a mini market on premises, “It’s a hatch behind a bar”!!!
Children’s entertainment only on Thursday, Friday & Saturday at pool from 12:15 till 14:45, terrible. We were bored stiff and couldn’t wait to go home. Would not recommend this to my worst enemy!
Won’t be returning
I staid here for six nights the air con was broke and leak on my head in bed it took the five days to fix it, the bus to the beach was broke so had to pay taxis everyday to the beach as the pool was dirty so didn’t want to stay at the pool, the man on reception was rude and had attitude, the pool bat food was disgusting and over priced £5 for a potion of frozen chips the one day my little boy did go in the pool he became ill, this was is one of the worse apt I have staid in
Mostly awful
We arrived 27th July at 3am in the morning. Greeted at the desk by a rather unfriendly staff memeber. He showed us on a map where a room was and told us there was nothing he could do if there was not a cot in the room for our baby (which we requested). A lovely man walked past and saw us struggling with our cases and helped us to our room, he also sorted out a cot which was not in our room. On day one we realised how awfully far away we were away from EVERYTHING. We paid €7each way to get to the nearest small shop.
After an incident of our bin melting on the hob, smoke filling our apartment where my children and myself were sleeping, it is apparent the apartment we were given DID not have smoke alarms which worked. I evacuated my apartment with the kids and ran to reception, the receptionist came to our apartment in no rush, and told me there was not enough smoke to set the alarm OFF (I could not see the room in the amount of smoke).
On another day our air con began leaking and dripped all over the floor which then my child slipped – again no care from the staff.
Don’t expect entertainment for kids, apart from a film which was shown twice throughout the week late at night.
We spent most our time round the pool which had alot of flies but generally was the best bit of the holiday.

Signs of decay
The hotel or apartments is showing signs of no money being invested
On arrival we had to wait for 5 hours before getting into apartment , the apartment was clean but dated.
We had half board and the food was not good as all we could choose from was a very small selection each day no buffet.
There were plenty of sunbeds but again these were dirty and falling apart
The 2 pools were fairly good , but the sun bathing area was dirty, food and general rubbish all around and we never saw anyone washing them down, so this attracted flies and they were merciless all day long
Also the foliage was growing all over the building through lack of attention, there was a water feature by the entrance with ducks where we saw a rat.
The staff were friendly and nice
The location of the hotel was very isolated ,but they ran a free curticy bus to the beach area
I would not recommend the hotel to older people because there are a lot of steps and no lifts, I will not be going back
