Let Mercantile Claims assist you with Lakeland Village Club Timeshare Release, Claims & Compensation
Owners of Lakeland Village Club timeshares often find themselves trapped in infinite contracts with rapidly increasing maintenance fees which ultimately stems from a mis-sold timeshare contract. Over recent years there have been a number of ground-breaking rulings regarding mis-sold timeshares by many timeshare groups and resorts which have resulted in refunds and compensation. Many owners of Lakeland Village Club timeshare contracts are entitled to, or have already made claims. Many timeshare owners cite on the reasons for wanting out of their timeshare is the liability to owners as the contracts commit owners to paying fees “in perpetuity”
Lovely Easter Break!
We have just returned from our favourite spot in the Lakes.
We own a timeshare week there with our daughter & son-in-law.
Our apartment is a perfect ‘home from home’. It is so warm & comfortable.
We took a friend with us this time & she absolutely loved it. She loved watching the steam train puffing by so we decided to go on it to Lakeside followed by a cruise to Ambleside. It was the highlight of a lovely week.
We also visited Wax Lyrical (Yankee Candles), Grange over Sands & Grasmere & Keswick. She was captivated by all the individual shops – not just the usual chain shops!
This year we have purchased an Autumn week in our lovely apartment for a couple of hundred pounds plus annual maintenance.
This is very reasonable as our apartment sleeps 6. There are lodges & cottages too – some taking dogs.
Try it you won’t be disappointed.

June holiday
Just come back for a fabulous fortnight at Lakeland Village.
We have owned timeshare here for the last 26years and the place just gets better and better.
Not only is the location stunning but this year the weather was great as well.
The cottages and apartments are kept in excellent condition and an on-going regime of updating and refurbishing is in place.
The management team are very helpful and there are good facilities at the Whitewater Hotel.
very pleasant weeks stay
My family have had a timeshare here for many years and my branch comes from time to time.
This year as always, the cottage and service were impeccable.
The location is quiet but attached to a hotel and leisure centre you can use and next to a river.
It’s a good location for exploring.
We would definitely recommend it.
Timeshare Plus
We’ve had access to a timeshare for over thirty years and I’m happy to say the standard of the accommodation hasn’t deteriorated. Each year it’s like walking into a new apartment.
The Cascades leisure club has facilities which as a timeshare user are free. The staff are very helpful and polite. My only disappointment is the Dolly Blue bar, the food is really very good but has a limited menu and is expensive.
The beauty of the Timeshare is the setting of a lovely quiet village even though it’s on a main A road and nowadays you can rent extra weeks subject to availability.
The week we have is out of season but in the Lake District there is always plenty to do and never let the weather put you off
Convenient comfortable and scenic venue.
Ours was a timeshare swap via Dial an exchange for the Christmas week. We had a 2 bedroom cottage (45) on the opposite side of the River Leven to the hotel and Leisure complex.
The excellent roads make this a superb venue to exploring the ~South Lakes and Windermere in particular. It is also within walking distance of the southern end of the Hatherswaite steam railway and next door to the Lakeland Motor museum.
The organisation an management couldn’t be faulted, with a courtesy check and prompt delivery of the extra items of glassware we requested.
The pool is small but lovely and has a toddler pool, terrace, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
There is also a squash court and room for classes.
We didn’t go to the Hotel or bar as we had decided to do our own catering but the festive menu looked delicious on paper.
The cottage itself was spacious, comfortable, warm and well equipped. We used the pull down bed in the lounge and this was also comfortable and easy to use.
I would imagine that this would be a superb summer stay with a lovely patio and lawn overlooking the river to enjoy.
I am keen to return in the near future.
