Worst Experience That Keeps on Giving!
My family paid to stay here through a travel agent. At the resort there was VERY HIGH pressure to attend the Sales Pitch. I did this. Yikes. Hard Sell! Hold you hostage until you agree to something to buy.I bought minimum package and got the FREE week certificate for a resort. What they don’t say is that in the hundreds of papers that you sign, you can only book 30 days out. How many of you think you can get a resort availability within 30 days of booking? Not hardly. And they don’t tell you that there are additional taxes and fees for this FREE Week’s stay. This amount could be anywhere from $150 to $3000 to quote the Certificates office. When I talked to them, they are sorry that this FREE certificate isn’t free and I need to talk to Bonnet Creek gifting….Talked to them and they said that they are sorry that this FREE certificate isn’t free and I need to talk to the certificate office…BEWARE of agreeing to speak to anyone away from the lobby full of people. When they get you off in a room, the pressure and hard sell is almost akin to brainwashing with only half truths or less.NEVER AGAIN with WYNDHAM!

If you book thru and owner Wyndham doesn’t want to help
You get what you pay for
We stayed at this location because we were able to get two nights at a decent rate if we took their 90-minute timeshare tour. Being it’s in Disney, I figured it would be top of the line. Nope, it was subpar at best. The A/C units in tower 6 are noisy, you can’t watch television and have the a/c running.
The timeshare tour is a joke and I don’t recommend anyone getting roped into that fiasco.
I began to google no in different languages because they were so desperate to sell their product they couldn’t take no in English as an answer. Ninety minutes isn’t really 90 minutes, our timeshare tour was to start at 8am and we finally walked out of there around 10:45am. They will belittle you and make you feel like your horrible because you won’t buy into the Wyndham timeshare experience. I’m sorry but requiring $30k up front, your smoking some crack!
Parking at this resort is horrible to say it nicely. Once you park for the day, you almost don’t want to leave because you know finding a parking space when you return will be next to impossible. I waited 45 minutes one time trying to find a spot to park.
They having a parking garage but an employee told me that was for employees only.
The pools close at 10pm, so basically if you return from the parks late and want to swim or relax in the hot tub, you can’t because they are closed which makes no sense at all.
So glad we only had to spend two nights here because I seriously would have considered checking out early if I had to stay longer!
Smelly, disgusting..... never again
We stayed in tower 5 the hallway smelled musty and mouldy. The rooms were ‘clean’ but you never actually felt clean while you were there. We still aren’t sure what kind of hotel this is! We asked for a late check out only to be told to call back at 4 pm at it is a first in best-dressed scenario… seriously?!
We were pestered to collect a welcome package with multiple phone calls early in the mornings and voicemails left, when we did get the package it was just a sales pitch to get us to go to a timeshare promo.
They slipped a note under the door to say someone was coming to test the fire extinguishers between these dates. Then they just let themselves in unannounced while were in there. It is noisy all the time. You could hear the people in the room upstairs walking and jumping. Next door had a baby screaming! I would not recommend staying here it was disgusting!
AWFUL!!!!!!!
NEVER AGAIN
Hurricane was coming Sunday/Monday, Staff on Friday am, would not let anyone have chairs BY POOLS. EXCEPT for PRESIDENTIAL SUITES– FAMILIES WERE SITTING ON CONCRETE BLOCKS AROUND POOL ON THEIR TOWELS. STAFF WAS VERY RUDE.
Tuesday after hurricane over, staff was slow at cleaning walkways. WE WERE TOLD BY A STAFF PERSON, THEY WERE PUT UP FOR 3 DAYS,FREE WITH PAY AND DID NOTHING FOR THOSE DAYS, and laughed.
Tuesday again, went to concierge for a taxi to Disney Springs, he tried to call and told us transportation line not working and couldn’t do anything. A Disney rep was sitting next to him and called Mears Transportation instantly and we had our ride to & from.
Thank goodness for Disney Rep. I’m sure there is more to tell, but overall, OUR MINDS ARE MADE UP TO NEVER GO BACK TO WYNDHAM BONNET CREEK RESORT EVER
