Marriott Vacation Club Pulse at Custom House, Boston Timeshare Compensation

Marriott Vacation Club Pulse at Custom House, Boston

VERY rude staff – Especially the Sales Manager Ramon

We booked a week long stay at this location for our first trip to San Diego. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay here again. We requested early check in and were told our room would be ready by the time we got from the airport to the hotel. It was not, and we were told again, just a few more minutes. We left our luggage with the front desk and went out to Little Italy for two hours. When we arrived back, we were told that the room was STILL not ready, just a few more minutes. This is now 3 hours AFTER we were told a few more minutes.

The “concierge” desk is nothing more than sales people pushing their timeshare seminars. If you ask for help with directions or recommendations or anything, they will push their timeshare information on you. As a guest of an owner, we were not required to attend any seminars, but they did not care. Ramon, the manager, actually refused to help us unless we signed up for a seminar. When we refused, he refused to help us with our question. NEVER have I been treated at any hotel this rudely. To downright refuse to assist me because I wouldn’t sign up for a timeshare seminar? This is a perfect example why people do not use timeshares.

Never will I recommend or stay at this facility again. Nor will I probably ever visit another Marriott property. You really should be ashamed of yourselves.
