Overcharged! Horrible service and unethical practices!

Here in Mesquite for a baseball tourney and experienced a plethora of issues at the Casablanca. With over 100 club games played per year, our family travels often for tournaments. That being said, we will never be back to the Casablanca. The owner apparently decided to close the pool a week early, normally closing the week after the tourney. Are you kidding me??? The “fitness centre” was literally 3 pieces of equipment circa 1990, of which one was broken. Then, they held double the funds over a weekend in error. Incredible! Being that seniors are a primary customer, I would question their ethical business practices. I would not recommend this place to any age customer. Very disappointing:(
