Although the check in process was nice, the staff was friendly, I was not impressed with the large amount of guests that were there, it was literally like a small community.
The pools were closed 2 times while I was there for 4 days. Housekeeping did a deep cleaning on a room right next to us, starting about 8am, woke us up, and took all day cleaning the unit. Washer and dryer in the unit was really loud.
They cleaned the hallway carpets while we were there, and it smelled like cat urine. The timeshare saleswoman Jennifer was extremely rude, and your free breakfast buffet is spent talking with a salesperson, while your family is ignored, and your told you have 30 minutes to eat there.
During the sales presentation, I had to answer a text from my daughter, she TOLD me to put my phone away. I pay big bucks for my association fees, and was totally tortured for 3 hours of BS, even when I said I did not want to buy into their program. Not cool. And my 20.00 deposit was NEVER given back, like they said it would be.
Tired resort with staff that doesn’t care about people playing music or smoking around pool. Dogs in rooms, pot smell in lobby, kitchens dated. Timeshare presentation too long. No shuttle to the strip. Parking difficult late in the day as the lot fills up.
not happy with RCI & the difficulty in booking where & when & high fees to use my own points that were transferred
Unit was noisy and not very clean, floors especially. On site staff was nice. All these resorts try to get you to go to meetings to sell you additional timeshares, no matter how much you own. Be aware when you visit even your home resort. Upon check out – there was not 1 luggage rack to be found so we had to carry each piece of luggage separately and make 3 trips.
dont trust the timeshare people
the resort is very nice but the timeshare people lied to us and some treated us badly the location is a long way from strip but we enjoyed the room very nice also south point casino was very nice and well laid out good place
Bait and switch timeshare sell
Would absolutely NOT recommend this timeshare resort. The rooms were adequate but the walls were so thin you could hear the entire conversation of people in next room.
Also we experienced a bait and switch on the timeshare sell that resulted in us losing 1.5 hours of our day.
With so many options in Vegas, I would avoid this one!
