Don’t Get Caught in the Timeshare Jungle…

Your 2^nd timeshare tucker challenge is this.  If you’re looking to get out of your timeshare do your homework and tread carefully, don’t act in haste. Never give away your most *valuable resources = *Your Money

Here are some survival hints;

1. If you are searching on the internet avoid the paid advertising ads at the very top of Google. (See picture below) These are ads that anyone can pay for to be at the top of Google. The timeshare predators all compete with each other by placing these paid for ads. This is where you are likely to put yourself at the most risk.- – It would be prudent to Ignore these ads!

2. Search out companies that occupy the ‘organic listings’ below the paid ads. These companies have got to the top of the organic listings by marketing themselves and Google are endorsing and rewarding their efforts and commitment to their potential customers (you) (See picture below)

3. THIS IS THE GOLDEN RULE. Never agree to pay anyone upfront money however convincing people may appear NEVER PAY MONEY UPFRONT FOR TIMESHARE TERMINATION SERVICES.

Remember this: Only a fool breaks the ‘no upfront payment’ rule!

Your 3^rd timeshare tucker challenge is this. If you are looking to terminate your timeshare do not be sold by the timeshare predators on the promise of them getting you compensation after paying them upfront fees for your termination.

Here are some survival hints;

1. The guarantee of a successful compensation claim is simply NOT TRUE and is merely a hook to get you through the door and take your money from you, usually upfront.
2. Never agree to pay money upfront for a timeshare termination on a promise of the timeshare predators guaranteeing you high levels of compensation recovery from your timeshare resort for mis-selling. If you have had your timeshare more than 6 years your chances of bringing a successful claim are ‘nil’ in most cases.

A promise of guaranteed compensation and an upfront payment for termination. Stop! Don’t do it!

Your 4^th timeshare tucker challenge is this. The timeshare predators are plying their trade selling the services of Spanish lawyers making claims against your timeshare resort. You must exercise extreme caution when offered this service and here’s why.

Here are some survival hints;

1. The Spanish courts have made several judgements in Spain in favour of timeshare owners.  However, the reality is the timeshare resorts rarely pay out as the company to which the judgement is against is often NOT the sales company that you purchased your timeshare from.
2. If these claims in Spain are so successful why do we not hear about all the timeshare owners who are getting their money returned to them? Surely the internet would be awash with timeshare owners singing from the tree tops. The reason why, is they are getting useless paper judgements but no way of enforcing them in Spain. You can pay a Spanish lawyer to get you a judgement but that rarely converts to hard cash in your hand.
3. The Spanish claim sell is a timeshare predator favourite as they can entice timeshare owners to attend presentations in Spain on the basis they need to fly to Spain or the Canary Islands in order to complete the formalities. This is a ply to get you on to their sales decks to take upfront money from you or sell you a useless holiday club product.

Like the rain in Spain, a Spanish timeshare claim should stay on the plane!
